4 Weeks to a Bikini Body

The Prescription: Trainer Laura Williams took Hilde for four 40-minute runs per week.
Hilde’s Verdict: ‘The running definitely gets easier each time. I was really tired after my first session – I felt quite sick and worn out – but that soon wore off. By week two, I began to notice muscles developing in my legs and I’d lost a few pounds. The hill training was much harder than I imagined. It really takes it out of you and I really felt it around the tops of my legs and my bottom. Unbelievably, in my last week, I went for a 30-minute run, which felt like an amazing achievement. I’ll definitely be keeping it up!’
The Results: Laura says ‘Hilde came on in leaps and bounds. Her dedication was astonishing and she’s seen a really big change in her fitness. Her lower-body muscles are much stronger now her stamina has doubled. To begin with, running for four minutes was enough for Hilde, but now she can run for 30 minutes quite comfortably.’
