A police officer, Charlotte is currently single
and lives in police training school in London.
For a police officer, fitness is very important.
I’ve always been active and I eat healthily,
but I was a size 14, weighed 10 stone 7lb and
felt my 34C chest was out of proportion. So when
I saw an ad in the local newspaper for a Future
Perfect personal trainer, I thought I’d
try it out. I’d already been going to a
gym for about a year, but I just wasn’t
seeing any results. I was impressed with how
much my trainer, Laura Williams, helped me with
my posture as well as my running and weight training.
Laura charged £50 an hour, and I trained
with her about three or four times a week for
10 weeks. The sessions didn’t even feel
like training - they were such fun. That’s
one reason why it worked for me – I wasn’t
thinking about how much I was sweating. Amazingly,
in just two weeks, I began to get results. I
saw a lot more muscle tone because of the fat
loss, and my clothes started to feel baggier.
My chest also felt smaller but firmer. I’m
now under 9 stone and a size 8. I’ve bought
new lacy underwear to show off my figure – a
lot scantier that I would have bought in the
past! Before, I always covered up my chest, but
now I feel happy wearing anything. I wear a lot
of tight, low-cut tops, and when I go clubbing,
I dress in tight tops and short skirts. Before
I started training, I only felt comfortable in
loose baggy tops and jeans. My friends have been
really complimentary about my new figure and
are surprised that I lost the weight so quickly.
I’d recommend anyone go to a trainer – it’s
definitely worth it.”
