She’ll check your food and exercise diary, make suggestions, contact you during the week, and generally tear her hair out until you’re getting the results you’re after.
Laura’s personal training sessions are tough, energising and fun - and constantly evolving. She’ll show you moves-with-a-twist that blitz problem areas in double-time; she’ll help you to discover your inner runner/kickboxer/gymnast, and if eating’s your problem, Laura will help you fix it for good.
