A Perky Bum: “Kneeling donkey kicks are great for the bum, as kicking your foot back really isolates the gluteal (bum) muscles. This means the whole focus of the move is solely on the bum, helping to tone it quickly”, says health expert Laura Williams

How to do it: “Position yourself on all fours, with your elbows bent so you’re resting on your arms. Slowly extend one leg back behind you, pointing your foot up towards the ceiling. Pull your leg back in towards your chest and repeat. Do 20 reps on each side”, says Laura.
