About Laura Williams
Laura Williams started her fitness business in 2000. A former office worker, smoker and couch potato, Laura believes that getting into shape is a big undertaking. Support and guidance can make all the difference when you're starting out and even if you're not new to exercise, help is always useful if you're looking to revive your current routine.
Whether or not you have a new outfit you want to get into, or whether you're looking to get into the best possible shape in order to improve your running career, Laura's aim is to get you there quickly but with minimum disruption to your lifestyle.
Laura Williams is an accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer, qualified in Nutrition and Weight Management. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher. In addition, Laura is an established freelance health and fitness journalist – she writes for Essentials, Zest, WOMAN, orange.co.uk and Pregnancy, Baby & You.
