For guilt-free exercise, take a toddler out in tandem.

According to personal trainer and fitness expert Laura Williams, "Cycling works your thigh and buttock muscles as well as those muscles that help you balance – in your lower back and abdomen – so it's a great way to get in shape after you've had a child."
