I try and make physical exercise do-able and effective for everyone. I believe it is possible to get into shape and look after yourself without sacrificing the good life. You can only be so disciplined for so long - I can't give up sweets or commit to five hours in the gym every week so I don't see why my clients should.

Laura Williams is a diet and fitness expert who offers one-to-one and group sessions for people who want to lose weight, increase their fitness levels and improve their sporting performance.
Laura's clients range from those wanting to shape up for a beach holiday to the elite athlete who requires intensive training for a particular event. Whatever the goals of the individual, Laura's approach is the same: she offers workable exercise regimes that can be included into a busy day and provides practical and realistic advice on eating habits.
The triathlete who travels a lot is given a strength routine they can do in a hotel room; the mid-afternoon comfort eater is advised to consider his or her motives before breaking open the chocolate biscuits.
